The check in was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the hotel. We stayed in the double room equipped with AC and private bathroom plus beautiful terrace. The staff was especially helpful and affable, wanted to make our stay incredible: D

I stayed at this lovely B&B for a few days and had a fantastic experience. Ros, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room itself was stylish and the bathroom was beautiful. I particularly enjoyed the terrace, which had stunning views of the city. The breakfast was great too, with fresh fruits and croissants provided. The location, overlooking the Ballaro market, was perfect.

I chose this hotel for attending a business symposium and I was impressed with the computer station and express check-out facilities provided. The 24-hour front desk was also very helpful for any queries or assistance needed. The hosts, Rosario and Caterina, were exceptional and made me feel at home with their warm hospitality and local tips for Palermo.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with meeting rooms.
